Latifa Bennari, présidente et fondatrice de l’association L’Ange Bleu, se dévoile à cœur ouvert : durant de longues années, elle fut victime de viols et d’agressions sexuelles réitérées de la part d’un employé de son père. Cette expérience malheureuse est devenue source d’énergie, en alimentant sa volonté d’aider les victimes de maltraitance sexuelle. Au fil des ans, Latifa Bennari en aura aidé plusieurs centaines. Latifa Bennari, chair and founder of the Association L'Ange Bleu (The Blue Angel), reveals herself with an open mind: years ago, she was victim of repeating violent sexual assault by an employee of her father. 
This awful experience has been changed into a source of energy to volunteer in helping victims of sexual abuse.
In the course of years, Latifa Bennari has helped some hundreds of people.

Loin des théories préconçues, en prise directe avec la réalité des problématiques de la maltraitance sexuelle et de la pédophilie, Latifa Bennari s’est efforcée de trouver des réponses à ces questions, en allant à la rencontre de plusieurs dizaines de pédophiles. En créant l’association L’Ange Bleu (http://www.ange-bleu.com/), elle a voulu donner une nouvelle dimension aux actions qu’elle avait menées jusqu’alors à titre individuel. Aide et prévention en sont les lignes directrices. Avoiding prejudged theories, working directly with the reality of the problems of sexual abuse and of the pedophile, Latifa Bennari had to find out the responses to these question, while meeting several tens of pedophiles.

By founding the Association L'Ange Bleu (http://www.ange-bleu.com/), she wanted to add a new dimension to the work she already privately did. The help and to prevent are the main guidelines.

Après le récit du parcours de Latifa Bennari, cet ouvrage présente également les témoignages de victimes, mais aussi de pédophiles abstinents et de détenus, ainsi que celui de personnes victimes de dérives dans la lutte contre la pédophilie. Sensationnalisme et complaisance dans la stigmatisation collective doivent laisser place à une approche à la fois plus réaliste, plus humaine et plus efficace des questions liées à la pédophilie.

 The book opens with the story of Latifa Bennari's life. Then, it presents in a balanced way the stories of victims, but also those of pedophiles living in abstinence, of pedophiles in prison, as well as of persons who were the victims of the battle against pedophilia.
Sensationalism and easy collective stigmatization must make place for a more realistic approach, a more humane and effective approach to the questions connected with pedophilia.
