The story of the boy's castration was disturbing to read at first, but it quickly became apparent that it's fiction. There are too many different reasons to describe, but it looks to me that it's just someone's sexual fantasy. Either that or something written by a paedo-hater with lots of time. :) It depends on where the post came from.
